Have had this item for about a month. It is extremely well-built, thought-out, and flexible. Measures to the nearest 1 1/16″ with great consistency and accuracy.

I think that this product is well worth the money. I use it for finish capentry and it seemed to be right on the money. I haven’t had any problems with it. It works every time.

Great but has some faults
I’m in agreement with most in that this is a big time saver, especially when getting a tape measure between two surfaces is impractical e.g. crown molding.
